Give your members the tools they need to renew with the
Membership Justification Toolkit. Personal touches from the chapter MP committee are more effective and can communicate the value of the chapter. Chapters should conduct regular local delinquency campaigns. Both Society and chapters should work in tandem to ensure delinquencies stay at a minimum.
Society has regular, scheduled communications with members just before they expire and while past due. These are broad-based communications that address Society’s role in collecting dues, in the form of email and printed mail. Just after a member expires, they will also receive a call from our outsourced call center, ComNet Marketing Group, located in Medford, Oregon.
