Membership Promotion Night Guidelines

All MP Events must be advertised to the Chapter one month prior to holding the event.
Membership forms (hard copy & electronic) should be available at each event.
Offer incentives at the event
- One for existing members to encourage them to bring non-members.
- One for non-members to encourage them to attend and join.
Prepare and give a short (5-minute) presentation on the benefits of ASHRAE membership.
