Society has regular, scheduled communications with members just before they expire and while past due. These are broad-based communications that address Society’s role in collecting dues, in the form of email and printed mail. Just after a member expires, they will also receive a call from our outsourced call center, ComNet Marketing Group, located in Medford, Oregon.
